Manchester United want to sign a new striker and a new winger during this summer's transfer window, according to a report.

Manchester United are reportedly focused on bringing a new striker and a new winger to Old Trafford during this summer's transfer window.

The Red Devils are expected to be active in the market ahead of the 2020-21 campaign despite the financial impact of the coronavirus outbreak.

According to ESPN, the club's main 'focus' this summer is improving their options in the final third with the signing of a central striker and a wide forward.

United could yet attempt to secure a permanent deal for Odion Ighalo, who has scored four times in eight appearances for the club since arriving on loan from Shanghai Shenhua.

Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho has also been consistently linked with the club over the last few months, with the 20-year-old enjoying another impressive campaign in Germany.

Paris Saint-Germain's all-time leading goalscorer Edinson Cavani could also allegedly arrive at Old Trafford this summer as the Uruguay international prepares to leave the French champions on a free transfer.
