Team News: Shane Cansdell-Sherriff starts for Burton Albion

Burton Albion centre-back Shane Cansdell-Sherriff recovers from a hamstring injury in time to make the starting XI against Oxford United at the Kassam Stadium.

Fifth-placed Oxford United have no new injury concerns ahead of their League Two clash against Burton Albion at the Kassam Stadium, with left-back Tom Newey available again after completing a two-game suspension.

Andy Whing and Jon Meades have returned to full training for the U's after recovering from groin and ankle injuries respectively, but will not be risked today after this week's development game was cancelled.

Burton Albion centre-back Shane Cansdell-Sherriff, who was a doubt because of a hamstring injury, has recovered in time to make the starting XI for the fourth-placed Brewers.

Meanwhile, Michael Symes is back on the bench for Gary Alexander, who is still out with a knee injury.
