Barkevious Mingo not expected to play week one

The Cleveland Browns are not expected to start Barkevious Mingo in week one.

Cleveland Browns rookie linebacker Barkevious Mingo will reportedly miss the opening week of the 2013 season with his bruised lung.

Mingo was released from hospital two weeks ago, but according to ESPN the Browns will decide to ease him into the team instead of starting him straight away.

The player has returned to weights training, but has yet to take part in a full practice session as his recovery continues.

Mingo was the third overall pick in the 2013 Draft.
