Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has admitted that his side are playing above their expectations after winning their sixth game in a row.
The Cowboys moved to 6-1 in their season with a 31-21 victory over their bitter NFC East rivals the New York Giants at AT&T Stadium.
Jones feels that his side are gaining confidence, and look poised for a run to the post-season for the first time since 2010.
"I think our record is above what we could have expected," Jones told reporters. "But we have it and it's a credit to a team that is building in their confidence."
