Sean Lee ruled out for up to four weeks

Dallas Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee is ruled out for three to four weeks with a hamstring injury.

Dallas Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee has been ruled out for up to four weeks with a hamstring injury.

Lee pulled his left hamstring during Sunday's crushing 49-17 defeat to the New Orleans Saints, stating after the match that he knew the injury was "not good".

The 27-year-old underwent an MRI scan yesterday and was reportedly told that he would miss three to four weeks with the injury.

The Cowboys have a bye this week, meaning that Lee could potentially only miss two matches - against the New York Giants and the Oakland Raiders.

Dallas then face the Chicago Bears on December 9, with Lee expected to be pushing for a return in that match.

Lee, who also missed 10 games with a toe injury last season, currently leads the Cowboys in tackles and interceptions this campaign.
