The Denver Broncos have added tight end James Casey to their roster ahead of the new season.
The 30-year-old started just twice last season for the Philadelphia Eagles, but managed to score two touchdowns.
The Broncos have lost star tight end Julius Thomas over the close season, and have signed Casey on a one-year deal to compete with Owen Daniels, Virgil Green, Dominique Jones and Joe Duncan.
Casey spent four seasons with the Houston Texans before he joined the Eagles in 2013.
