The Miami Dolphins have activated safety Reshad Jones with the player finishing a four-game suspension for failing a drug test.
Jones comes straight back into practice as the team had no need to shift roster spacing, having recently suspended Derrick Shelby as he was arrested for trespassing and resisting arrest on October 4.
The decision could see defensive back Jimmy Wilson move back into the nickel cornerback position after serving as cover for Jones for the start of the new NFL season.
Jones was originally brought into the NFL as a fifth-round Draft pick in 2010 and has so far appeared in 60 games for the team.
