Tom Brady frustrated by narrow defeat

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady reveals that he was annoyed by his side's failures on offense in their defeat to the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field.

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has admitted that he was frustrated that his side missed a late opportunity on offense to slip to a narrow defeat to the Green Bay Packers.

The Packers snapped Bill Belichick's side's seven-game winning streak in the NFL as they claimed a 26-21 victory at Lambeau Field, Brady and his offense ruing a missed connection with Rob Gronkowski and then a sack late in the match, which stopped them from taking the lead.

Brady told reporters: "I just wish we won this one. I think we put a lot into this one. This was just a great test for us. I think the guys knew how important it was for our season.

"You hate to have the ball right there on the 20-yard line with under three minutes with a chance to go ahead and not do it. It sucked.

"We had our chances. In the end, 21 points isn't going to be enough against a team like that. So we have to figure out how to score more points."

The Patriots are 9-3 in their season following their loss to the Packers, but still hold the number one seed in the AFC conference.
