Howie Roseman has said that he was "excited" to see the Philadelphia Eagles win their opening game of the 2013 NFL season.
The NFC East side won their week one clash 33-27 against the Washington Redskins earlier this week.
The general manager told the team's website: "The energy our team has shown and really how hard they've worked since Coach [Chip Kelly] has been here has been tremendous and we were really excited to take that first step against the Washington Redskins.
"I have a lot of faith in our coaches and our players. We have a lot of good players on this football team, but the way that they've worked and bought into everything, it's exciting to think about the possibilities.
"We need our fans. We need to be loud. We need our 12th man. I know our fans are going to show up and do a great job to support our football team, and it's going to be exciting."
The Eagles will play the San Diego Chargers this Sunday.
