Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell was forced to limp out of his side's 24-13 pre-season loss to the Washington Redskins last night with a foot injury.
Bell was making his first appearance for the Steelers having missed their opening warm-up match due to a stiff knee.
The rookie was given the ball on all four plays of the Steelers' first drive, but left the pitch soon after and was unable to return.
Bell is due to receive an MRI scan on his right foot later today as the Steelers wait to see the extent of the injury, with coach Mike Tomlin merely confirming that it was a "mid-foot" problem.
The 21-year-old was a second-round pick in this year's Draft, being selected 48th overall.
