Richard Sherman has said that selection for the Pro Bowl means nothing.
The Seattle Seahawks cornerback was snubbed for selection, despite forcing three fumbles and making seven interceptions this season.
The 24-year-old told The AP: "It don't mean nothing. I bet you I'll be on the first-team All-Pro. That means more to me."
Patrick Peterson, Charles Tillman and Tim Jennings get the NFC spots instead.
Sherman could face a four-game suspension pending an appeal after he tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs earlier in the season.
