Seattle Seahawks linebacker KJ Wright has insisted that will be fit and ready to take part in the Super Bowl against Denver Broncos on February 2.
Wright missed the latter part of the season through injury, but made his return with a few plays in the 23-17 win over San Francisco 49ers last Sunday.
"I was telling the guys the whole time, 'let's make this happen, I've got to come back; I've got to get back on that field,'" Wright told the club's official website.
"I didn't want my last play to be the play where I broke my foot. I wasn't quite ready for a full game, and to take on all those plays. So hopefully after these two weeks, it will be feeling real good so I'll be ready to go."
Wright broke his foot in week 14 of the regular season.
