Jeff Fisher has said that the St Louis Rams have a lot to work on following their defeat to the San Francisco 49ers earlier this week.

The NFC West side were beaten for the third time this season, losing 35-11 to their divisional rivals.

The head coach told reporters: "Obviously, as a football team, we have a lot to work on. We're going to have to take advantage of some opportunities here this weekend and early next week and try to get some of these issues fixed, namely running the football."

Defensive end Robert Quinn added: "It's frustrating, but it's a long season. We've got to correct some things and stay focused, stay together and get this thing turned around. This team is a great team and a young team at that. We just need to figure out what's going wrong and get on a roll."

The Rams will face the Jacksonville Jaguars next weekend.
