Kosovo's Linje Sahiti has pulled out of her elimination contest with Natalia Valeeva due to stress and food poisoning.
Seventeen-year-old Sahiti had been scheduled to face the six-time Olympian on Friday morning, but coach Agron Mala revealed that two factors had forced the teenager to end her participation at the Games.
Mala told reporters: "Considering she is only 17 and this is her first experience as an international athlete, she could have gained from this opportunity.
"But at the very last minute, she was not physically able to compete. That is why she gave up."
Valeeva will play Georgia's Yuliya Lobzhenidze in the next round.
