Great Britain distance runner Mo Farah has decided to pull out of the Olympic trials that will take place in Birmingham later today.
The 29-year-old took part in the 1500m heats last night, where he went on to qualify for the final with relative ease.
However, he has decided to withdraw from the final, having opted instead to concentrate on the defence of his European 5,000m title in Helsinki next week.
He will now spend the day at the Hackney Weekend in London after posting a picture of himself with tickets for the event on Twitter earlier this morning.
