Great Britain's Helen Jenkins has won the women's triathlon in Hyde Park, qualifying her for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
The Welsh 27-year-old finished the event seven seconds clear of second-placed American Gwen Jorgenson, clocking a time of two hours and 34 seconds.
"That hurt so much. I just kept running and running," said Jenkins.
"Normally when you win you're like, 'Ah yeah, it's easy,' but that hurt."
Despite meeting the criteria, Jenkins' participation next year still depends on her being picked by the selectors.
