British athlete escaped doping inquiry?

A German television documentary alleges that an unnamed British athlete escaped an investigation for possibly doping during 2006 and 2008.

A German television documentary has claimed that as many as 150 suspicious blood samples were ignored by the IAAF between 2006 and 2008.

Last week, German television channel ARD broadcast a documentary that claimed that doping was rife in Russian sport, and just seven days since that programme aired, more claims have surfaced that could possibly implicate the IAAF.

The documentary alleges that an unnamed member of the IAAF's medical commission chose not to investigate 150 suspicious blood samples, including one that came from an unnamed British athlete.

Athletes from Russia, Kenya, Germany, Spain and Morocco are also said to have provided uncertain results.
