Chicago Bulls centre Joakim Noah has said that his side's current poor form has shown the "true colours" of some of his teammates.

The Bulls have found it tough going of late, with Noah's comments appearing to call out some of his fellow players for not wanting to put enough effort in.

"Losing sucks. There's no question about it," Noah told reporters.

"But it also shows people's true colors: Who is willing to keep fighting through the adversity, or who is just going to say, 'You know what? I don't want no part of this. And I'm just going to take bad shots and not care at all about making winning plays or playing defense'."

The Bulls are currently sitting in third position in the Central Division with a record of 9-14 for the season.
