Dirk Nowitzki has said that he has been in a "good groove" in his last couple of appearances for the Dallas Mavericks.
The veteran forward scored 34 points during the team's 107-103 win over the Sacramento Kings, picking up more than 30 for the second game in a row.
The 35-year-old told reporters: "I've been in a good groove. Before the last three, I didn't really have a good groove."
Nowitzki has been named as a reserve for next month's All-Star game.
