Wilson Chandler signs four-year contract extension with Denver Nuggets

Forward Wilson Chandler commits his future to the Denver Nuggets by signing a four-year contract extension with the club.

The Denver Nuggets have confirmed that they have signed forward Wilson Chandler to a four-year contract extension.

The 28-year-old has been with the Nuggets for five seasons after joining the club as part of the trade deal that sent Carmelo Anthony to the Knicks in the 2010-11 campaign.

Chandler has now committed his future to the team by signing a four-year deal with Michael Malone's men worth $47.5m (£30.6m), with a player's option on the fourth year.

The forward averaged 13.9 points per game in the 2014-15 season.
