Rising youngster Joel Embiid has reemerged as a contender to be the top Draft pick, with the center taking part in a recent group workout hosted by the Los Angeles Clippers.
Embiid has long been associated with the top spot in the 2014 draft, but suffered a back injury which could have damaged his reputation as teams' number one target.
However, according to a number of scouts, Embiid looked solid and potentially fit enough to reclaim the honour of most coveted player at the coming draft after his showing at the workout.
The 2014 NBA Draft is to be held on June 26 at the Barclays Center, New York City.
