Former NBA star Lamar Odom made his debut for Spanish club Baskonia on Thursday in their 81-71 loss to Unicaja Malaga.
The two-time NBA champion with the Los Angeles Lakers joined the team last week after being out of contract since the end of the last NBA season.
Odom played just six minutes and grabbed two rebounds while committing three fouls as he lacked match fitness and rhythm after being out of the game for ten months, ESPN reports.
The 34-year-old power forward was backed by his coach to improve, as the former Los Angeles Clippers star looks to return to playing regular basketball.
