Minnesota Timberwolves star Chase Budinger has been cleared to rejoin his teammates and resume basketball activities following a knee injury.
The small forward was forced to undergo surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his left knee six weeks ago, but is ready to return, according to Yahoo Sports sources.
However, it is still unclear as to when the 25-year-old will be able to return to action on the court as he initially looks to regain his fitness.
Having signed a new three-year deal worth just under £10m back in July to return to Minnesota, the franchise is expected to closely monitor his progress.
