Kevin Durant has praised the Oklahoma City Thunder's willpower during their win over the Detroit Pistons in the final game of the regular season.
The 112-111 victory secures second place in the Western Conference for the team, setting up a first-round playoff meeting with the Memphis Grizzlies.
The league's leading scorer, who added 42 during the win, told reporters: "We just figured it out. We got it done. It wasn't the best game. We didn't play well defensively. We didn't shoot the ball well offensively.
"But there's something about just getting it done, having that willpower, having that fight in you, no matter what. It was a tough game, we persevered and we got a good win."
The playoffs get underway this weekend.
