Terry Stotts has said that "playing hard" is the reason for the Portland Trail Blazers' strong start to the 2013-14 NBA season.
The Blazers, who beat the Houston Rockets 111-104 last night, currently lead the Western Conference with a 19-4 record.
The head coach told reporters: "I think we go into games with a certain level of confidence, but, at the same time, we realise that we're playing hard and our success is because we're playing hard. Our record is what it is, but it's not easy. You have to compete every night."
Portland face the Philadelphia 76ers tomorrow evening.
