Report: Toronto Raptors to trade Rudy Gay to Sacramento Kings

The Toronto Raptors and the Sacramento Kings agree a seven-player exchange deal involving Rudy Gay, according to a report.

The Toronto Raptors have reportedly agreed a deal "in principle" with the Sacramento Kings that will see Rudy Gay leave them for the California-based team.

According to ESPN, the trade between the two teams will involve seven players including Gay, Aaron Gray and John Salmons.

While the Kings will part company with Salmons, Greivis Vasquez, Patrick Patterson and Chuck Hayes, the Ontario-based basketball outfit will send Gay, Gray and Quincy Acy.

The deal is expected to be finalised on Monday and will then be made public.
