Team GB boxer Lisa Whiteside has been forced to withdraw from the 2015 European Games in Baku.
The flyweight had been due to take part in the inaugural European Games in Baku, which will get underway later this month.
However, a head injury sustained away from training has forced the 29-year-old to withdraw from the competition.
"It is extremely disappointing as I was looking forward to competing for Team GB at a major multi-sport event," Whiteside said in a statement.
"My priority now is to get back into full time training and focus on 2016 which is a big year for women's boxing. I hope the Games are a big success and I would like to wish the best of luck to everyone competing for Team GB in Baku."
The competition in Baku will run from June 12 until June 28.
