Mexico's Oscar Valdez Fierro has beaten India's Shiva Thapa 14-9 in a terrific bantamweight contest.
A lively opening round went the way of the Mexican by four points to two, but both fighters produced some scintillating shots.
The second round was fought in much the same vein, with Fierro taking the centre of the ring and forcing Thapa to box off the back foot.
The Indian managed to reduce his arrears to just one point by the time the third round started, despite the Mexican landing a decent left hook in the second.
Thapa came on strong at the start of the final round and was letting his fists go with increasing regularity. That snapped Fierro into action, who replied with a couple of telling shots of his own.
An action-packed fight ended with the Mexican finishing much the stronger fighter, landing with lefts and rights to the head.
