Amir Khan has admitted that he wants to take on Kell Brook in the ring within the next 12 months.
The Bolton-born fighter initially seemed reluctant to agree a bout after Brook called him out at the weekend.
The 28-year-old Sheffield man has set his sights on Khan after defending his IBF welterweight title with a fourth-round stoppage of mandatory challenger Jo Jo Dan on Saturday.
Khan has already arranged to take on an opponent at the end of May, but the 2004 Olympic silver medallist is open to fighting Brook at Wembley within a year.
During an interview with Sky Sports News, Khan said: "Kell Brook, if you want to take the fight, winner takes all. I'm up for it because I know I'll take everything because I'll beat you. Let's do it, man."
Khan is still hopeful that he could face the winner of the highly-anticipated showdown between Floyd Mayweather Jr and Manny Pacquiao, who go toe to toe in Las Vegas in two months' time.
