Wladimir Klitschko has refused to predict a knockout win against France's Jean-Marc Mormeck.
The Ukrainian heavyweight has said that he feels bad about failing to deliver on his promise to knockout David Haye in his last contest.
Klitschko instead had to settle for a unanimous decision in order to add the Brit's WBA strap to his collection.
"I'm stopping promising those knockouts," the 35-year-old told Sky Sports. Do you know why? I promised to knock out David Haye and I felt so bad that I didn't.
"You know what? I will promise to do anything and everything to win this fight as clear as possible and the best win is a win by knockout."
Klitschko, who has 49 knockouts to his name, will defend his WBA, WBO, IFB and IBO titles against Mormeck in Dusseldorf tonight.
