Oleksandr Gvozdyk has secured his spot in the next round of the Olympic light heavyweight tournament courtesy of a 12-point victory over Osmar Bravo.
Gvozdyk started well and did not waste a punch as he accurately chipped away at the Nicuraguan, building up a 5-1 lead.
The Ukrainian continued to dictate the pace of the fight in the second round and Bravo had no answer to Gvozdyk's slick and composed style.
Gvozdyk displayed a full repertoire of punches as he forced a count in the third, while Bravo was finding himself completely overpowered.
He looked impressive as he sauntered to a comprehensive 18-6 victory.
