Australia opener David Warner has admitted that he is struggling to cope with the conditions in Britain, having seen his side fall to a heavy first-Test defeat.
The Baggy Greens suffered a 169-run loss in last week's Ashes opener in Cardiff after just three days of play.
Warner himself was lucky to survive early on during Australia's second innings, soon recovering to make 52, but he concedes that the sometimes unpredictable weather can make things tough for the tourists.
"I don't think you're ever 'in'," he told Sydney's Sky Sports Radio. "There's always that one ball, that bunch of clouds that come over and it starts swinging, that one little bit of movement off the wicket to get you guessing. You don't really feel 'in' at all on these type of wickets over here."
The second Test of The Ashes series is scheduled to get underway on Thursday morning at Lord's.
