Stuart Broad has said that England's bowlers will be getting "back to basics" in the first Test against New Zealand at Lord's.
The Three Lions struggled to a draw in a three-match series against the Kiwis earlier in the year, but the 26-year-old seamer hopes that home conditions will prove a decisive factor this time around.
"I think from a bowling point of view, the first Test of the summer, English conditions, whoever you're bowling at you want to just be testing their defence," Broad told Sky Sports News.
"As a team we want to get back to basics, challenge the defence of each New Zealand batsman - and I hope you'll see that this week."
The first Test gets underway on Thursday.
