The ICC has granted Ravindra Jadeja permission to appeal the fine that was recently imposed on him.
The Indian all-rounder was handed the punishment, which equates to 50% of his match fee, for his role in the altercation with England bowler James Anderson during the first Test at Nottingham's Trent Bridge ground.
Should he take up the offer, Jadeja's appeal will be heard on Friday afternoon.
Meanwhile, the disciplinary case against Anderson will take place on the same day.
