The uncapped pair of Chris Woakes and Simon Kerrigan have been included in the England squad for the fifth and final Ashes Test at The Oval.
Warwickshire all-rounder Woakes, who made his international debut in a Twenty20 match in Adelaide, has featured in two T20 games and 13 one-day internationals for England, but is yet to play in an international Test match.
Meanwhile, Kerrigan, a left-arm spinner for Lancashire, is uncapped at international level.
Fast bowlers Graham Onions and Tim Bresnan will miss the final Test match against Australia with finger and back injuries respectively, but Kevin Pietersen has been passed fit.
England take a 3-0 lead into the final Test following their 74-run victory in the fourth match at Chester-le-Street.
Should England complete a 4-0 series win, then it would be the first time that they have done so in a home Ashes series.
