Ben Stokes offered another reminder of his qualities by leading England Lions to victory over South Africa A with an unbeaten 151 off 86 balls.
The all-rounder, whose poor form in 2014 saw him miss out on a place in the World Cup squad, guided the tourists to 378-6 from 50 overs in the fourth one-day match in Pretoria.
Stokes struck 16 sixes in his innings, including nine from his final 16 deliveries, to steal the show, but there were also half-centuries for Jason Roy (67) and Sam Billings (56).
Dean Elgar struck 79 in reply for the hosts and Chris Morris finished 58 not out, but they were unable to avoid an 89-run defeat as Stokes followed his impressive batting display by recording figures of 3-51 with the ball.
Mark Wood and Boyd Rankin both took two wickets as South Africa were eventually dismissed for 289 in the 43rd over.
