India have sealed the series 3-0 after taking the fourth Test by an innings and 36 runs against England in Mumbai.
The hosts have dominated the series, and they wrapped up another Test by nabbing four wickets inside half an hour on day five.
England, who are only the third Test side in history to score 400 and lose by an innings, resumed the day on 182-6 with Jonny Bairstow and Jos Buttler at the crease.
Defeat was looming for the visitors, and the lower order added just 10 runs between them as Ravichandran Ashwin took all four wickets to hand India a convincing victory.
England will try to avoid a whitewash when they head to Chennai for the fifth and final Test on December 16.
