England have drawn the second Test with New Zealand after play was abandoned in Wellington due to heavy rain.

The two teams will go into the decider in Auckland tied at 0-0 in the series following bad weather across the first two matches.

The tourists were on course for the win having posted a score of 465 all out in their opening innings, while the hosts followed on with 162-2 after initially being bowled out for 254.

The third and final Test between New Zealand and England gets underway at Eden Park on March 22.
