Marcus Trescothick has become the first player to win the FTI Most Valuable Player award for the second time.
Trescothick, who won the award in 2009, scored 2,518 runs in all competitions, more than 500 more than his nearest competitor.
"It's always nice to win an award, but it's especially good to win one when you are judged against the other players in the game," said the Somerset captain.
The 35-year-old also took 38 catches in the slip last season.
