One of the Pakistan cricketers who was convicted of match-fixing has been given permission to challenge his six-month sentence by the Court of Appeal.
Teenage bowler Mohammad Amir was given the lightest sentence of the three but was denied bail by a judge.
Mrs Justice Thirlwall did, however, allow Amir to appeal and said that it should be heard by November 29.
Former captain Salman Butt, who was sentenced to 30 months, is also expected to appeal his sentence.
