Somerset wicketkeeper Craig Kieswetter has revealed that he needs facial surgery after suffering a broken nose and fractured cheekbone.
The 26-year-old sustained the injuries at the weekend while playing against Northamptonshire in the Championship.
Injury update: broken nose and a fractured orbital socket. Surgery is required but thankfully no lasting damage to the eye..
