British cyclist Jody Cundy put his problems of yesterday behind him to qualify for the C4 individual pursuit final.
Cundy qualified fourth-fastest in 4:42.005 for this afternoon's final.
Earlier in the competition, Romanian Carol-Eduard Novak set a new world record of 4:40.315.
The final takes place at 3.23pm this afternoon.
