AFC Wimbledon striker Adebayo Akinfenwa has insisted that he is not concerned by his lack of goals this season.
The 33-year-old, who found the net 15 times last term, has scored just once in six games during the current campaign.
Despite his struggles in the final third, the forward is confident that he will hit his stride soon.
"I don't get hung up on that," he told BBC Sport. "Some people get caught up in the negatives. I look beyond the possibilities and try and defy limitations put on me.
"I average about 15 goals [a season]. On a personal note I'll be disappointed but if I am still doing what I do on the pitch to help the team win, I can't begrudge that."
Wimbledon continue their League Two campaign tomorrow when they make the trip to Mansfield Town.
