Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky believes that experience has played a key role in him accepting recent "difficult moments".

Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky has admitted that he has matured as a footballer throughout his time at the club.

The 31-year-old has also claimed that the club's young players will learn from their disappointments.

"Sometimes the heat of the moment can get to you - you want it so much, so badly, that it will affect your performance, it can make you tense and not relaxed like you had been," he told the club's official website.

"I was like that at a young age, I got caught up in the heat of the moment many times. When you go through your career and the difficult moments, you know how to cope with that."

Arsenal travel to Everton in the Premier League on Wednesday.
