Arsene Wenger hits back at Jose Mourinho

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger hits back at Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho's "silly, disrespectful remark".

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has hit back at Jose Mourinho's "silly, disrespectful remark" after the Chelsea boss said that Wenger 'specialises in failure'.

The Portuguese made the comments after Wenger had said that any team that rule themselves out of the Premier League title race do so out of fear of falling short of their ambition.

He told BT Sport: "I do not want to go into that silly, disrespectful remark.

"I never spoke about him in my press conference and I will not start. The only thing I know is it's more embarrassing for Chelsea than for me."

Wenger was responding after seeing his side advance to the FA Cup quarter-finals with a 2-1 win over Liverpool.
