New Year's Eve's Premier League predictions including Fulham vs. Arsenal

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Premier League fixtures, including Fulham vs. Arsenal.

Seeking to bounce back from midweek defeats, London rivals Fulham and Arsenal do battle at Cravan Cottage in their final Premier League match of 2023 on New Year's Eve.

The two teams meet for the first time since August when Joao Palhinha netted an 87th-minute equaliser to salvage a 2-2 draw against the Gunners at the Emirates Stadium.

We say: Fulham 1-2 Arsenal

Arsenal will be motivated by the prospect of securing at least a top-two finish heading into the New Year with a victory on Sunday, but success is not guaranteed at Craven Cottage considering their recent dip in form, even against an out-of-sorts Fulham outfit who frustrated the Gunners in their previous meeting.

Arteta's title hopefuls will be regarded as favourites to come out on top, though, and will be fired up to put things right at a stadium where they have had plenty of success in recent years.

Our tipster partners are predicting an away win.

Spurs vs. Bournemouth (Sunday, 2.00pm)

After their three-game winning run was brought to an abrupt halt, Tottenham Hotspur will host in-form Bournemouth on New Year's Eve.

While Spurs were well beaten by Brighton last time out, the Cherries posted their sixth win from seven on Boxing Day and continued their remarkable ascent of the Premier League table.

We say: Tottenham Hotspur 2-2 Bournemouth

Both sides prefer a progressive style of play, and Bournemouth will not be intimidated by their surroundings, having recently quietened Old Trafford and stunned Selhurst Park. It could be a toe-to-toe contest, then, and as Spurs have scored in each of their last 18 home matches, several goals should be expected.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.
