On-loan Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos hints that he will look to leave the Bernabeu once again this summer.

Dani Ceballos has suggested that he will look to leave Real Madrid once again for the 2020-21 campaign.

The 23-year-old was deemed surplus to requirements at Madrid ahead of the current season and was subsequently sent on loan to Arsenal, where he has made 24 appearances in all competitions.

As it stands, the Spain international is due to return to the Bernabeu this summer, but it has been claimed that the midfielder is not in Zinedine Zidane's plans moving forward.

Ceballos has suggested that his international ambitions for 2021 could force him to seek another move away from the Bernabeu, either on a short or long-term basis.

"My objective is to play in the European Championship and Olympic Games, and when they are happening you need to find a team where you feel important," Ceballos told Canal Sur.

"The future is far away, we can't predict what will happen in a month and a half. Now we are focused on the postponed game against Manchester City on the 17th."

Ceballos, who has a contract at the Bernabeu until June 2023, has made 56 appearances for his parent club since arriving from Real Betis in 2017.
