Manchester City reportedly rejected a summer loan offer from Arsenal for their Bosnian striker Edin Dzeko.
It is understood that Gunners boss Arsene Wenger attempted to sign the 26-year-old on a temporary basis in August, but City were not prepared to entertain the offer.
According to The Sweeper, City are prepared to let the striker leave in January, but not to a fellow Premier League club.
Dzeko has scored four goals in seven games for City this season.
