Aston Villa youngster Callum O'Hare has reportedly rejected the chance to sign a new contract at the club.
The 21-year-old is currently on loan at League One high-fliers Coventry City, where he has scored four goals and created seven more in 39 appearances across all competitions.
Staff at Villa are thought to rate O'Hare very highly and are keen to extend his contract, which is currently due to expire at the end of the season.
However, Football Insider reports that the attacking midfielder has already turned down one extension, with Villa set to make a fresh attempt to keep him at the club in the coming months.
O'Hare's deal was initially due to expire last season, but the Midlands outfit exercised a one-year extension clause before sending him out on loan to Coventry.
The report claims that members of the Villa set-up regard O'Hare as one of the brightest prospects to emerge from the academy since Jack Grealish, but he has made just nine appearances for the first team so far.
