Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo: 'We were given wakeup call'

Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo insists that his team are "feeling good" ahead of the La Liga title run-in.

Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo has claimed that the Catalan outfit's poor form earlier this month was "a wakeup call", and has backed his team to get over the line in La Liga.

The Spanish champions looked to be breezing towards another success when they thumped Getafe 6-0 on March 12, but Luis Enrique's side then went four league games without a win, which included three defeats.

Barcelona are still top of the table entering week 36, but need to win all three of their remaining fixtures to fight off the challenge from both Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid.

"We're feeling good, we're ready for the important matches coming up and we want to keep doing things right," Bravo told Barca TV. "Although we've had a couple of setbacks, we were given a wakeup call and we know both the quality and potential of this team.

"We're often categorised as machines, but we're not. We try to do our best. No competition or final has been easy. These last few games have taken us back to the calm."

Barcelona will travel to Real Betis in La Liga on Saturday night.
